Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original Rosefield gift box and shipping carton, ensuring the return form is included inside.
Label and Post
Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
